Learn to weave two lavender wands. Sample the taste of lavender in iced tea and cookies. Ah-h-h-h. Relax by the garden, weave, breathe in the fragrance and enjoy the beautiful summer day. Cost: $9.00
* July 21 — Herbal Vinegar Workshop — 2 PM
Create 3 beautiful and delicious herbal vinegars with fresh herbs from our garden. Complete them with bees wax seals. These make great gifts! Cost: $18.00
* August 4 — Rose Workshop — 2 PM
Rose is the Herb of the Year. Learn some new ways to use this flowering herb and it’s rosehips in cooking, baking and teas. Learn some health benefits of rosehips. Receive tons of recipes to try on your own as well as a bag of tea to take with you. Cost: $8.00
* August 18 — Making Herbal Jelly Workshop — 2 PM
We will make our own batch of herbal jelly. You will get a jar to take home. Receive many recipes so you can make more on your own. Carry the taste of fresh herbs into the winter months. These also make great gifts! Cost: $8.00
* September 22 — Autumn Wreath Workshop — 2 PM
Create an Autumn wreath using dried grasses, corn stalk leaves and herbs for a striking harvest display. Look for our sample in the Country Store. Cost: $25.00

Learn to make Licorice Honey Cough syrup and Horehound Cough drops (like my grandmother used to make) to get ready for the cold weather season ahead. Take the recipes and samples home with you. Cost: $13.00
* November 4 — Making an Herbal Winter Medicine Chest — 2 PM
Learn about the benefits of the herbs in our own Sniffle Tea Blend. Receive a bag of this tea to take with you. Also mix an essential oil blend based on the 4 Thieves history. Do you have your Grandmother’s container or vase that you have saved for something special but never got around to using? This is the time! Bring it to DCF and create a lovely holiday centerpiece. We will provide 1 piece of Oasis foam, 1 candle holder and 1 taper candle as well as beautiful evergreens. You create the masterpiece and enjoy the beauty of that cherished container throughout the holiday. Bring clippers. Cost: $15.00
* December 16 — Evergreen Centerpiece Workshop — 2 PM
Evergreen Centerpiece Workshop, 2 PM. Create your own holiday centerpiece. We provide a wide assortment of fresh greens, cones, holly, and pods. Add a candle if you like. This is your chance to let your imagination run free. Bring a pair of clippers. Cost: $25.00
